The exam is broken into two parts. Unit 1 is assessed by a closed-book exam of 50 multiple-choice questions and a short-written answer paper. You have two hours to complete this Unit examination. Unit 2 is assessed by a blind tasting of two wines. You have 30 minutes to complete the Unit 2 exam.
We will be tasting wines for all the class sessions. We ask that you spit the wines to avoid intoxication.
