Southeastern Beverage Education (SEBEVED) is the educational resource for the professional working in the drinks business, and for both the novice and serious beverage enthusiast.
We are an Approved Program Provider for the Wine and Spirits Education Trust (WSET) classes in the southeast of the United States. For collectors, we offer at-home cellar management, for restaurants and distributors we offer staff training, and for the curious, we offer classes, private tastings, and curated wine events.

Classes and Tastings
We offer classes and tastings across the southeast. Our classes are tailored both to lovers of wine and to the professional who intends to make wine part of their career. Single-night information tastings and explorations classes are offered regularly.

Restaurant and Distributor Services
SEBEVED will help to train your staff in all the finer points of wine service, history, varietals and styles of wine. Individual, tailored training sessions can be crafted for your organization.

Our cellar management program is offered for your wine collection at home. We will work with you to appropriately store your wines at home with an eye to creating the ideal storage conditions for your collection.
