Southeastern Beverage Education (SEBEVED) is the educational resource for the professional working in the drinks business, and for both the novice and serious beverage enthusiast.
We are an Approved Program Provider for the Wine and Spirits Education Trust (WSET) classes in the southeast of the United States. For collectors, we offer at-home cellar management, for restaurants and distributors we offer staff training, and for the curious, we offer classes, private tastings, and curated wine events.

Classes and Tastings
We offer classes and tastings across the southeast. Our classes are tailored both to lovers of wine and to the professional who intends to make wine part of their career. Single-night information tastings and explorations classes are offered regularly.

Restaurant and Distributor Services
Partner with us to train your staff in all the technical points of wine service, wine history, and the many places and varietals that make up its present landscape. Standardized education seminars and tailored training sessions are both available.

Wine Cellar Design and Collection Management
Our cellar management program is offered for your personal wine collection, from design through inventory tracking. We will work with you to create the ideal storage conditions for your collection so that the right bottle is always on hand when you’re ready for it.
